About The Champ
Since I was a little girl, I always dreamed of doing something significant with my life. At first, I thought that I'd grow up to be an actress. Then, I wanted to be a track star. Neither happened because I took a somewhat different path.
I discovered I was expecting a baby in my first year of college. This devastated my dream of becoming a teacher. At the time, I believed I should focus solely on my unborn child rather than myself, so I dropped out of school. This decision led me down a path of losing who I was. It would take years for me to realize that I was punishing myself.
In a twist about way, I realized that my many series of unfortunate events would be the tool to encourage others, more specifically women, to fight beyond their circumstances and live out the work they were created to do on earth.
I wholeheartedly believe that being a fierce fighter for one’s life is imperative. I have decided to take on the challenge of taking women round by round to discover and maintain the champions that they are by sharing my personal stories of devastation, defeat, and triumph.
